What Filoria Is, and Is Not
Filoria is a life-reflection and insight studio. Each Personal Pattern Atlas™ is a guided reflection, a carefully written, narrative portrait of the patterns, threads, and recurring motifs that have shaped a person's life. It is offered for personal insight, contemplation, and meaning-making.
Filoria is not, and does not hold itself out to be, any of the following:
- Therapy, counseling, psychotherapy, or any form of mental-health treatment.
- Medical, psychiatric, psychological, or clinical diagnosis or care.
- Coaching, financial, legal, or other professional advice.
- A personality test, assessment, or diagnostic instrument.
- Fortune-telling, prediction, or a forecast of future events.
Nothing in a Filoria reflection should be understood as a diagnosis, a prescription, a prediction, or professional advice of any kind. A reflection is an offering, not an authority.
Not a Substitute for Professional Care
A Filoria reflection is not a substitute for the care of a qualified physician, therapist, or other licensed professional. If you are struggling with your mental or physical health, please reach out to a professional who can support you directly.
If you are in crisis or may be in danger, Filoria cannot help in that moment, and is not a crisis service. Please contact emergency services or a crisis line right away:
- In the United States, call or text 988 (Suicide & Crisis Lifeline), available 24/7.
- For any medical or safety emergency, call 911 (or your local emergency number).
Where a reflection raises something that may call for professional support, Filoria may gently say so. That note is offered with care. It is not a clinical judgment.
The Nature of a Reflection
Every observation in a Filoria report is offered as a possibility, never a verdict. The methodology deliberately avoids declarations such as "you are" in favor of "I noticed" and "one possible interpretation is." This is the heart of the practice, not a technicality.
"Take what resonates. Leave what does not. The final interpretation of your story belongs, and always will belong, to you."
You are the sole author of your own life and the final interpreter of your own story. Any decision you make after reading your Atlas is your own. Filoria offers a reading; you decide what is true, and you remain responsible for the choices you make.
Your Privacy & Confidentiality
What you share with Filoria is personal, and it is treated that way. The responses you provide and the reports prepared for you are read and used only for the purpose of preparing and refining your Atlas and the services you have requested.
We do not sell your information. We do not publish your responses or your report, and we do not share them with third parties, except in two narrow circumstances: with trusted service providers who help us operate Filoria (for example, secure form, payment, or hosting providers) under confidentiality obligations, or where disclosure is required by law.
Your material is retained only as long as needed to provide your services and to maintain your records, and you may contact us at any time to ask what is held or to request deletion, subject to any legal obligations we may have to retain certain records.
Artificial Intelligence & Your Material
Filoria uses AI-assisted analysis as part of its methodology, always under human direction and review. We are deliberate about what that does and does not mean for your material.
Our promise to you. Your responses, your reflections, and your reports are never used to train, fine-tune, or develop any artificial-intelligence or machine-learning model. Your material is used only to create what you have asked us to create. It does not become training data, not ours, and not anyone's.
A restriction on others. All content on this website and within every Filoria report, including the writing, the methodology, the names and descriptions of the Council perspectives, and any material a client shares or receives, may not be copied, scraped, harvested, ingested, or otherwise used by any person, company, or automated system to train, fine-tune, or develop any artificial-intelligence or machine-learning model, dataset, or tool, by any means and in any medium. This reservation is express and ongoing. Use of this site or its content does not grant any license to do so.
A life entrusted to us is not raw material for a machine. It is a story, and it is kept as one.
Intellectual Property
Filoria, the Personal Pattern Atlas™, the Council and its perspectives, The Carried Threads, the methodology, and all related writing, designs, and materials are the property of Filoria and are protected by trademark, copyright, and other applicable law. Personal Pattern Atlas™ is a trademark of Filoria.
What belongs to you. Your life, your memories, and the personal content you share remain entirely yours. The report we prepare for you is yours to keep, read, print, and share for your own personal, non-commercial use.
What remains ours. The underlying methodology, structure, language frameworks, and creative approach used to produce your report remain the intellectual property of Filoria and may not be reproduced, resold, or used to create a competing service.
Eligibility
Filoria's services are intended for adults. By beginning a reflection or purchasing a report, you confirm that you are at least 18 years of age. Where a reflection concerns another person (for example, a report commissioned as a gift, or an interview conducted on behalf of a family member), you confirm that you have that person's consent, or the legal authority to act on their behalf.
Orders, Delivery & Refunds
Each Atlas is prepared individually and delivered within the timeframe described at the time of purchase. Because every report is hand-crafted specifically for you, please review the description of each edition before you begin.
Before your report is written. If you change your mind before Andrea has begun preparing your report, simply let us know and you will receive a full refund. There is nothing to undo, and no questions to answer.
After your report is delivered. Because a finished Atlas is written for you alone and cannot be un-made, a delivered report is not returnable in the ordinary sense. What we promise instead is the care of the work. If something genuinely missed the mark (a factual error, a section that did not engage what you shared, or a technical problem with your file), tell us within thirty days of delivery and we will revise or remake it at no charge. If, after that, you still feel your reflection was not right for you, Andrea will review it personally and make it right, which may include a partial or full refund at her discretion.
A gentle distinction. You are never required to agree with a reflection. Finding an interpretation uncomfortable, or simply seeing it differently, is not a flaw in the work. It is the nature of reflection, and the final word always belongs to you. A careless or unresponsive report earns a remedy; a reflection you simply see differently is the Empty Chair doing what it was made to do.
Reflection Sessions. A scheduled Reflection Session may be rescheduled or refunded if you cancel with at least forty-eight hours' notice. Once a session has taken place, it is not refundable.
Council Membership. You may cancel your membership at any time. You will keep access for the period you have already paid for, and you will not be charged again. A month already begun is not pro-rated.
Limitation of Liability
Filoria's services are provided for personal insight and reflection, on an "as is" basis. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Filoria and its founder are not liable for any decision, action, or outcome arising from your use of a reflection, report, or any other Filoria service. You use Filoria's offerings of your own free will and remain responsible for your own choices.
Nothing in these terms limits any liability that cannot lawfully be limited.
Changes to These Terms
Filoria may update these terms from time to time as the studio grows and its offerings evolve. The effective date above will reflect the most recent revision. Continued use of the site or its services after a change indicates acceptance of the updated terms.
